Important update

From 30th April 2010 the information TradeYorkshire holds about you will be transferred and held securely on the Regional Knowledge System (RKS). Yorkshire Forward is the Data Controller for your contact details.

Yorkshire Forward and its Partners will use your personal details and information to set up and administer your relationship with us, to provide you with advice, for customer services, for marketing, to analyse your preferences and to ensure that the content, services and advertising we offer are tailored to your needs and interests. We and our partners may also use your information for record-keeping, statistical, research, evaluation and marketing purposes. Your information will continue to be used as described here by other partners even if we cease to use it or cease to exist.

We and our partners may contact you by post, telephone, e-mail or other electronic messaging service for marketing purposes or we may send you information about other organisations' services.

By providing us with your personal information, you confirm that you have read the above and consent to being contacted by these methods, and to the processing of your personal information (including any sensitive personal data), for the above purposes.
