International Trade Workshop

Are you doing business overseas? International law firm DLA Piper, in partnership with HM Revenue Customs Advice Team and UK Trade & Investment, has developed a free workshop to help you understand the key aspects of international trade, in particular focussing on Revenue & Customs requirements and procedures, how to deal with quality issues & non payment and ways in which you could save time and money.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday 8 September at the offices of DLA Piper in Leeds. Registration will start at 10.30am, with the workshop taking place from 11am to 1pm. This will be followed by lunch and networking.

The topics covered will include: importing and exporting – the basics; opportunities & support for international business; effective dispute resolution; and can Customs save you time and money.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions after the workshop and to network over lunch.
