Meet the Asia experts
Following a series of hugely successful ‘Doing Business in Asia’ events earlier this year, UK Trade & Investment’s Asia Task Force asks you to save the date for its next series, which includes an event in the Yorkshire region.
The Asia Task Force will be at Aspire Leeds on 3 December 2009 with a number of high profile business experts.
The event will provide the latest briefing on market developments in Asia and will comprise of plenary sessions and market clinics as well as the chance to attend one to one meetings with senior representatives from the British Embassies and High Commissions from several markets, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
This is an excellent opportunity for small and medium sized UK businesses interested in exporting to, and investing in, Asia to learn about the key economic and political developments affecting the current business climate. The event will also offer the opportunity to make contact with key people and find out how UKTI can help.
There will be a £40 charge for attending the event, with reduced rates for early bookings. Places are limited and demand is likely to be high.
