IBN Barcelona
Yorkshire & Humber companies are invited to be part of a high profile networking event in Barcelona.
UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) will take a group of 20 regional companies to Spain in March for the International Business Network (IBN) event.
The IBN will form the key business element of the ‘Leeds in Barcelona Festival of Culture and Commerce’, organised by Marketing Leeds.
Participating companies will form part of a high profile event, with the opportunity to attend a welcome briefing on the Iberian market, attend a Civic welcome reception, engage in one to one meetings and attend a networking event with business leaders from Barcelona and Leeds.
As with all IBN visits, companies are pre-selected on the basis of their business potential in the Iberian market and applications are invited across all sectors. Specific opportunities also exist in key sectors including: Agri Food; Biotech - Pharma / Medical devices; ICT and Energy.
The subsidised package will cost £500.
With only 20 places available, and only one delegate per company allowed, a high demand is anticipated and early application is advised.
The closing date for applications is 24 February 2010.
